Change the word ford to [keyword]

Signup to the Amazon affiliate program at associates.amazon.com.
Use the Build links function and select the Recommendend Product Links. From their you can work thorugh and build a whole range of different sized links and banners. Select the Iframe version of the size you require and cut and paste the code into Notepad.
You will see with the code there is search=ford for example:

Change the word "ford" to [keyword] on your template pages.
When you run the Traffic Equaliser, you will be adding a search of the amazon products with the keywords you are using. This will mean everypage will have different results. If there are no results for that keyword when you have built the page go into the page itself and change the keyword for amazon to something which will bring up results
Affiliate Program Feeds
Check with your affiliate network to see if they have the facility to run content links. Commission Junction and Tradedoubler both have programs where you can run definable content links. In the UK, UK Affiliates and Affiliate Window both have these facilities which can work as well.
